Our process

## What happens when you book

1. 1

   ### You call, we answer

A person picks up, not a menu. We book you in while you are still on the line.
2. 2

   ### We arrive on time

You get a two-hour window and a text when the technician sets off.
3. 3

   ### We diagnose and quote

You see the fault and the price in writing before anything is taken apart.
4. 4

   ### We fix it and clean up

Most repairs finish the same visit. The old parts leave with us.
