Furnace repair

Most furnace faults are fixed on the first visit

Our vans carry the parts that fail most often, so you are not waiting days for an order. If a repair no longer makes financial sense we will say so, and show you the maths.

  • Full safety and combustion check
  • Written diagnosis before any work starts
  • Common parts carried on the van
  • Two-year guarantee on parts and labour
  • Tidy up and haul away the old parts

Why homeowners choose us

The things that actually matter on a service call

  • Upfront pricing

You approve the full price before a technician picks up a tool. No hourly meter running.

  • Two-hour windows

We text when the technician is on the way, so you are not waiting in all day.

  • Background-checked technicians

Every technician is licensed, drug tested and background checked before they enter your home.

  • Two-year guarantee

Parts and labour covered for two years. If it fails again we come back at no charge.

  • Stocked vans

The parts that fail most often are already on board, so most repairs finish on the first visit.

  • We clean up

Shoe covers on, drop cloths down, and the old parts leave with us.

Our process

What happens when you book

  1. You call, we answer

A person picks up, not a menu. We book you in while you are still on the line.

  2. We arrive on time

You get a two-hour window and a text when the technician sets off.

  3. We diagnose and quote

You see the fault and the price in writing before anything is taken apart.

  4. We fix it and clean up

Most repairs finish the same visit. The old parts leave with us.

  • Called at seven in the morning with no heat and had a technician here by ten. He showed me the cracked igniter, quoted the price, and had it running before lunch.
